Im just started taking the Green bulge stacked with white blood, what can I use post workout ? And is the green bulge 2500 mg dose enough for pre workout ?

yeah i looked at golden finish ..but as far as something other then a protein for post workout what can i use...shouldnt i be taking a creatine after as well as before my workout? Would green mag be a wise choice? if not is there any other way i can incorporate GB and GM together for my routine ?Comment
