  • Blue-up Stim Free........

    Hi All,
    I'll be starting Blue-Up (the Stim Free) in 2 weeks...
    I'll be taking 2 at one time.

    Is it OK to take it on an empty stomach in morning?
    Or is it better to take it at night?
    Also, am I supposed to take 2 at once or one and then another one?

    I personally like taking it at night, otherwise take it about an hour pre-workout

      No loss of effect?

        Empty stomach is fine.
        Taking it AM is okay too.

        Pre-Workout: Increase of Test > Strength
        Pre-Bedtime: Increase of Test > Recovery/Growth

            I would personally just take them together before your workout.

              Thanks...but will I still gain the "Recovery/Growth" effects?
              That is more important than the strength increases

                Then you could try taking it at night... you could do:

                2 weeks: Pre-workout
                2 weeks: Pre-bed

                And see what you prefer
