Interesting, I never had any headaches. But I am usually drinking water up till I go to bed.

        SCT...

I just cant get over your sleep patterns. Does that affect you in any way? For me personally I have to be in bed before 12 or its lights out for me the next day.

        Or do you work nights?

I work 4 days in a row for 12 hour shifts.. last night I was just stubborn and didn't want to go to sleep right after work. I now have sun/mon/tues off, so expect to see more crazy sleep patterns, hah.

Right now I am without a digital camera to take pics with, however once I get a new one I will be posting updated pics. The other thing is my most recent pic (the one in the white CL shirt) was me at 277 the first time around before I hurt my RC. Right now I'm at 275 so I don't see a lot of difference in the two. I'd like to wait for 260 for more pics, but we will see

Weighed in at 288 today, just thought I'd throw that in there

260 would be awesome SCT, what did you start at again?

Loving the updates. And off-topic but kudos on the weight loss! It was very inspiring, despite the fact that I'm doing the complete opposite. There's nothing more impressive, commendable and intriguing than the power of the human spirit. I'm sure you will look like a beast once you cut down and rip up

I hope your dreams have been as trippy as mine. Very psychologically rewarding, imo. I've got a generally good feeling all the time, especially now that it's been a few weeks and things are really leveled out. I hope that you're able to get some solid sleep for your schedule. It's a shame to see you step down. But we wish you the best.
