To use or not to use? I did a search on BB.com yesterday and have never seen a supplement so widely debated as DHEA. One thing seems clear, it's not for use for those under 30 years old. I'm a 41 year old male and was thinking of trying 25-50mg a day for a week or two to see if there is any benefit. Thoughts?

Agree, don't want to do something to screw things up, but I think trying 25mg a day for a week would be safe. From what I've read and I've done a lot of research, I'm probably ok with 50mg or less per day. The 7-Keto seems interesting too, but that also gets mixed reviews on it's effectiveness.
