CL supp?
I have noticed after taking my preworkout cocktails ie whey, GG, GM, PW and 2nd GG approx 15-20 min s/p PW and GG I notice a tingling sensation all over. Does any one else notice this same feeling and if so why does this occur?

The short version is that the beta-alanine / histidine in Purple WRAATH is getting your brain "excited"... resulting in the tingling sensation / paresthesia and taking your workouts to the next level.Originally posted by icetrauma
