I am taking green bulge pre-workout and I am looking for another creatine to take after. I can't get green mag yet, so until then I need some non CL products. I was thinking Xpand post workout.. is that a bad Idea?

Are you saying that I can take creapure as well as whey and carbs at the same time? Or wait for the creapure to digest then take everything else?
I've always been confused about this. I normally take my creatine even before my workout is done, then wait 45 minutes or so and then drink my whey and get my carbsFailure is only a word. I don't plan on giving it meaning

For pre I take WB/GB/GG.
30min-45min later- workout
I take myozene for my post. It has just what I need.
L-Leucine
creatine mono
L-glutamine
taurine
calories= 365g
fat= 2.5g
carb= 60g
protein= 25g
45 min later-GG and eat
1hr later -protein shakeFaith is the substance of things hoped for......HEBREWS
