    Cardio is going good, doing my triathalon training, so I push myself pretty good

    Monday: swam 1.2 miles
    Tuesday: Bike 49 miles then ran 4 miles

            I have started to notice a 4 pack (abs) starting to appear rather than just the 2 pack I have had, I can also start to see definition in my thighs and more vaines are begining to appear in my arms (meaning less body fat)

                Hey Im also testin the RA2, but your puttin in some cardio that I couldnt dream of. You should do really good. Congrats also on your baby. I never knew the impact that a baby can have when its yours. My son changed my look on everyday things. Things you take advantage of like: walkin! I wanna be able to play ball with my son when I'm 65, not sittin in a wheel chair at his graduation with all types of diseases and handicaps. Or even worse, not be around to SEE his graduation. I hope you realize, that baby God gave you can be the biggest motivator you need. Good luck

                    Well I tried changing my dosage up a little yesterday:
                    I have been taking my second 2 pills right before lunch

                    Yesterday I took them about 20 minutes before my 6.5 mile run and I could actually feel a difference, I never got tired or out of energy throughout the run. From now on, I will be takign it right before my afternoon cardio. Just wanted to let everybody know the difference.

                            Here are some new measurements as of today. I will post up my week work-out later/tomorrow. I am very pleased to see the measurements in just a couple weeks, I mean 1 1/2" in my belly is very nice.

                              I am almost done with my bottle as well.
                              Overall the product seems to be making a difference, I can see it in the mirror and people have been complimenting me as well.
