    Will run 8 miles and lift on Saturday-just upper body
    Will do my long run 10-13 miles on Sunday

    Yes it came Saturday and since i knew that for the next 30 days i was not going to cheat i was bad this weekend and the scales showed it.

    Starting Weight-129
    BF-20.3%
    Chest-34'
    Waist-29"
    Hips-35"
    Thigh-21"
    Bi-11"


    Took two pills before breakfast and i like the extra energy i'm feeling.To me it's better than the EC stack i was taking.
    Today is my off day from training since i ran 8.50 miles on Saturday and lifted weights and ran 10 miles on Sunday.
    Tomorrow i will run and lift.

    that is some clean eats there v40...good work so far on your log...i am slowly working my way up to 8 miles...gonna do 6 this afternoon.

    Default Oct 3-Day 2

    Good Morning Ladies,
    Feeling a lot better today. I always start to feel bad in the afternoon on the day i don't workout. It was nice and cool for my run this morning 52* at 6am. I love to run that early . I get to watch the sunrise. It's nice.

    I'm on my second day of taking Red Acid. Yesterday like i said in the afternoon i started to feel down. I took my second dose and did start to feel a bit better. I took my first pills today before breakfast and i do feel a bit more awake..no bad side effects..

    It's a very simple recipe

    2 cups oats
    4-5 scoops of protein powder
    1 cup of water
    Splenda

    Mix together and put in a 8 inch x 8 inch pan bake at 325 for 15-20 mins. it makes 6 bars

    I some add blueberries, unsweetened coco or vanilla extract..you can add more water if you would like..they can be a bit dry

    Notes
    Today is my 3rd day on Red Acid 2. Since i'm back down to the weight i usually stay at this will be the true test of this product. To see if while taking this i can get at or under 120. I seem to stall at 121. My weight did drop down faster. It usually takes me till Thursday to go from 129-130 back to 125 after i've had a big cheat meal on Sunday. I like this product because i don't get that jittery feeling like when i would take my EC stack. This is like a calm energy. So far i'm really liking this product.
