                      Day 1

                      Yes it came Saturday and since i knew that for the next 30 days i was not going to cheat i was bad this weekend and the scales showed it.

                      Starting Weight-129
                      BF-20.3%
                      Chest-34'
                      Waist-29"
                      Hips-35"
                      Thigh-21"
                      Bi-11"


                      Took two pills before breakfast and i like the extra energy i'm feeling.To me it's better than the EC stack i was taking.
                      Today is my off day from training since i ran 8.50 miles on Saturday and lifted weights and ran 10 miles on Sunday.
                      Tomorrow i will run and lift.

                                Oct 3-Day 2

                                Good Morning Ladies,
                                Feeling a lot better today. I always start to feel bad in the afternoon on the day i don't workout. It was nice and cool for my run this morning 52* at 6am. I love to run that early . I get to watch the sunrise. It's nice.

                                I'm on my second day of taking Red Acid. Yesterday like i said in the afternoon i started to feel down. I took my second dose and did start to feel a bit better. I took my first pills today before breakfast and i do feel a bit more awake..no bad side effects..
