  • Vanessa40's Red Acid Gen 2 Log

    This will be my my log for the next 30 day's to test Controlled Lab's Red Acid Gen 2.

    Nutrition
    My diet depends on what i'm doing for the day. On day's i run and weight lift my calories are around 1800-2000. On days i just run they are 1600-1800. On my off day i stay around 1400. I'm training for a half marathon so on my long run day of 10-15 miles i will eat about 2000 or more calories.


    Workouts
    My week is usually like this although sometimes i will switch things around depending on what is happening that day.

    Mon- Short run day -5 miles
    Tues-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
    Wed-off
    Thurs-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
    Fri-6 mile run
    Sat-6-7 mile run/weights/total body
    Sun- Long run day

    Progess
    I weigh myself and test my body fat every Friday morning. I will post pics and measurements when i start the supplements.

    Thank you again for picking me. I can't wait to start.

              Standing Abductions

              Plie

              Shoulder Press

              Hammer Curls

              Barbell Rows
              3x10x30#+bar


              Abs
              Ab twist 10#-3x20
              Side Bends 10#-3x20
              Crunch w/ 5# ball behind knee's-3x10

                Well still have not received the Red Acid 2. But i'm logging my workout anyway...Hopefully it will come in the mail today

                Ran 8 miles at the lake this morning in 1:19:33

                    8 miles in 70 minutes...good job..keep it up, and sorry to hear your RA has not come in yet, but im sure it will.
