    Day 9

    aight i woke up this morning at 3am. dont ask why, i just woke up..no alarm no nothing..just woke up. so i get up and say hey if i am up and dont have to be at work till 5am, i might as well do something....so i decided to jump some rope..did the rope for 5 rounds of 2 minutes..got a good sweat in such a short period of time..so i still had some time to burn so i decided my hair was gettin' long(its been 3 days ..so i go to cut it with my t-edgers..and they crap out on me...didnt want to fade it with the mach 3 so i had to go with the regular clippers..enough of that.

    Shoulders / Arms

    had a very good, focused, intense workout this afternoon.. i was full of energy i was in and done with my workout in 45 minutes..i got after it good. then said to myself i need to run, so decided to run nonstop in one direction for 35 minutes..did this because i would eventually have to turn right back around and get to my truck, and thats what i did..then after re-hydrating i pulled myself into my truck and tracked the trail i had just ran...came out to 3.25 miles so together that is 6.5 miles.
    end time was 75 minutes..so i was happy about that..

    gonna take today off, it is my little boys 2nd birthday so the wife and i are gonna have some of the family over so we can celebrate. ..i am still gonna take my 2 servings of RA G2, and i am gonna stick to my diet(no cake for me)..i still am gonna run later tonight but no weight training.

    good day today...the boy had a great time last night as well..lots of gifts(again, had a premature party on saturday..the little guy is spoiled rotten) anyway, i remember saying earlier that i felt i needed some kind of workout to switch with my current, well i think i found one...pretty simple it goes like this:
    monday and thursday:
    bench press
    bentover rows
    military press
    shrugs
    close grip bench
    db curls
    tuesday and friday:
    deadlifts
    calf raise
    leg press
    calf raise
    db lunges

    that is it...found it on bb.com, now it looks very plain so i know i am going to add exercises to this routine depends on the body....i am going to try and listen more rather than force it to do something...i will be following this up with 30 minutes on the treadmill. so here are today lifts:

    bench press
    135 x 15
    225 x 10
    255 x 10
    275 x 8

    bent over row
    135 x 10
    155 x 10
    185 x 10

    military press
    135 x 10
    150 x 10
    155 x 10

    shrugs
    85 x 10
    90 x 10

    db curls

    45 x 6 + 35 x 4<---forearms were burning so i had to drop weight to finish reps.

    after that was done (which by the way worked up a good sweat for me) i downed a post-workout drink and did the treadmill for the 30 minutes...i think while the wife watched greys anatomy tonight i am gonna do some jump rope or go to the track and run...oh and the way this workout works is all the exercises are paired up...so it is like supersetting the whole workout, i think that is why i worked up thesweat i did with so little exercises...felt pretty good....update on the scale at the gym...now i know i am supposed to weigh in on sunday but i did it today anyway and i am at 208 down from 215 so i am happy about that.

    had a good day today, mood is great...not antisocial or just mad for no reason, i go about my day with a very easy going attitude. diet was on point today(up to this point) as well. i say up to this point cause the day is not over, and not saying that because i am gonna mess up....you get the idea.

    the workout:

    aight now this killed my legs, this is the time you might say, "well you didnt even do anything." but i have not done deadlifts in a minute, so that is why and the squats were all the way down...to top this workout off, i did 40 minutes on the treadmill on an incline of 12.5 at 4.0 mph, so it was good...not looking forward to tomorrow..still though i felt focused in the gym and worked up a good sweat.

    workouts have been good lately...focus is there, intensity is there, the sweats are there...overall this is i feel a very good product...body is changing everyother day it seems like, clothes are fitting loosely as the weeks go by, 2.5 weeks taking RA G2 and had to cut 2 holes in belt...while it weems i am losing inches in waist it makes my chest look that much bigger....although i have been pounding it into growth also , so this is making me happy....

    sorry for not updating so far this week....everything is going great...excellent focus in the gym...pants continue to fit abit more loose..although weight loss has taken a hault..and actually went up a few pounds but i can tell it is not fat weight..have not gotten bf measured so i dont have a clue on where i started to begin with...compliments coming from co-workers and the wife, all saying i look leaner, so i know it is working along with my diet plan and exercise routine..thanks for giving me the chance to test the product by the way, got the 4 pack with the lower coming in slowly but coming in no doubt. one of the reasons i have not updated is because i was getting prepared for my firefighters interview i had on wednesday, it went awesome in case you were wondering...man i want this job...BAD. peace out...

    10-23-2006

    took RA G2 in the morning and was going to go to the gym but instead decided to stay home and does some jump rope...did the rope for 15 minutes and worked up a good sweat...after did some pushups...then another 3 rounds of 3 minutes on the rope...that was it for yesterday, today i am going to hit upperbody and lowerbody on wednesday. as for yesterday i weighed myself and my weight actually went up 2 lbs from last week...dont understand that 'cause i didnt change anything from my diet, i am thinking it is just i need to maybe lower the calories in by 250 and see if that helps...maybe someone, if anyone, can help me with this....as for the way i look in the mirror...i am liking what i see, body is getting tighter around the chest and lower ab area...still getting the clean energy feeling i did when i first started supplementing with RA G2...at the start of next month i plan on buying some PW, WB, RA G2, BU, & SG...so yea i plan on "lifting in color"

    just got back from the gym and had a great workout....like stated earlier i did an upperbody workout this afternoon and it was a good one...i finished off with 30 minutes on the treadmill...as i type this i am still sweating ...this is what i did today..
    incline bench

    finished with the cardio....and then did some abs...gonna hit abs tonight, just about 50 or so...felt good in the gym, as stated i still feel the clean energy and am clearly focused on the task at hand ...so this is very good...
