IMO, the powder will have faster absorbtion due to it being in liquid form. Besides, I enjoy the powder...WF powder that is.

Cool idea, but I dont use WF or similiar type products much.. I lean more with reduction/fat burner energy type supps

With any other prewo supp, I need a bunch of it to get me going, but with WF, 1 scoop makes my heart race so bad that I feel like my blood pressure is 250/200, its too strong for me, so I only take 1/2 a scoop now.

When doing legs on WF - I have a tough time staying concious

So I s'pose 1 bottle of WFT(abs) I could only take like 2-3 and have the same affect.
