        Hey. I don't do weights. Just bodyweight calisthenics a few days a week at most.

        I also like running, sprinting, swimming, jumping, and frollicking through fields of lillies.

        I beleive that your mind is the strongest muscle you have. One of my main goals is to explore my potential. We are all capable of imagining great success. Now, how far will you go to acheive it?

        I look up to Bruce Lee and shaolin monks. They are proponents of functional strength and that's what I'm all about.
