    Default Hey Mr. Aries need cutting w/o help.

    Current split

    chest, bi's and cardio
    legs, abs
    cardio
    shoulders, tri's cabs
    back and cardio
    cardio

    What would be a good rep range and sets to achieve the most definition and maintain mass. Is this a good split or what? Would like to put on mass but need to really loose dat fat! All input would be appreciated.

    definition = diet-related...


    do not use cardio to build muscle... by the same token... do not lift weight to lose fat... highly inefficient both ways...

    stick with heavy weight, low reps... if you want definition, get on the tread and make sure your diet is right.

    Cool. I work each body part 1 a week how many sets per body part would ya recommend?

    i think that's quite inefficient way of working out the body but my theory behind it takes too long to type...

    I suggest working everything twice a week... 2 exercises per body part, 3 sets each..
