  • Pre, During and Post WO AA/PRO/CHO Intake Regimen:

Thank you to all of those who participated in the preceeding threads which led me to this "final" conclusion. There are many variables involved, as you can ascertain by reading through either one of the following threads, but this should serve as a descent starting point for anyone looking for a descent blanket regimen. For more detail on how I have come to this conclusion, please refer to the following, preceeding threads...

...Revised Stance on the Optimum pre, during and post WO AA/PRO/CHO regimen:
    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=754887

A large thank you goes out to all of the following; Androgenic, Deserusan, str8flexed, naturalguy, alan aragon, pu12, bane, cxm, skigazzi, dwm23000, phosphate bond, BringnIt, Trans Isonomer and anyone else who aided/edified me during this educational process.

    My "final" proposed regimen:
90 min pre - 1 cup oats, 1 chicken breast
    45 min pre - 30g whey isolate/casein blend
    immediately pre - 10g BCAA, 6g EAAs, 10g dex
    during - 10g BCAA*, 3g EAAs
    immediately post - 10g BCAA*, 25g dextrose
    30 min post - 40g whey isolate/casein blend, 1 cup oats, 1 large apple
90 min post - 1 cup oats, 1 chicken breast
pre bed - 30g casein/1/2 cup cottage cheese

*10g of BCAAs could be subsituted for 7g of bulk Leucine.
