There are many variables involved, as you can ascertain by reading through either one of the following threads, but this should serve as a descent starting point for anyone looking for a descent blanket regimen. My "final" proposed regimen:
90 min pre - 1 cup oats, 1 chicken breast
45 min pre - 30g whey isolate/casein blend
immediately pre - 10g BCAA, 6g EAAs, 10g dex
during - 10g BCAA*, 3g EAAs
immediately post - 10g BCAA*, 25g dextrose
30 min post - 40g whey isolate/casein blend, 1 cup oats, 1 large apple
90 min post - 1 cup oats, 1 chicken breast
pre bed - 30g casein/1/2 cup cottage cheese
*10g of BCAAs could be subsituted for 7g of bulk Leucine.
