  • feeling very hungry after workouts-almost light headed-could my stack be the reason

    so ive taken the wf/gm/gg/pw stack for 2 workouts so far and after my workout i have 50g waxy maize and some whey protein iso-i notice an hour later when i have my post workout meal i am starved like i havent eaten in weeks, and a even after i eat i am starved beyond belief. almost light headed sometimes.

    i was wondering if u guys had any opinions?

    also here is my diet

    3 omega eggs and 5 whites w/ 3/4 cup oats
    50g whey iso 1 cup oats 2 tbsp natty pb
    8 oz chicken 8 oz sweet potato vegies and 2 tbsp natty pb
    same shake
    about 2 hours after i take my stack and train for an hour( 1 scoop green mag, 2 scoop white flood, 3 scoop gg...1 granola bar with it...then pw intra
    then 50g waxy maize and 30 mins after 50g whey iso
    8 oz steak or chicken or salmon, 1 cup rice veggies, and handful nuts if i have chicken

    once a week i have a cheat day
    right now i weigh around 217 w/ 11% bodyfat
    ive gained well on this diet and put on good weight

    tonight i was feeling so light headed so i ordered a pizza and now i feel much better-i figure 1 or 2 cheat meals a week is ok depending on my condition-maybe im not eating enough during the day?

          no i have never had it checked...do u think i should? i know i am very sensitive to carbs and sugar
          but i did increase my calories and now i feel fine-im starting to think i wasnt eating enough and then working out really hard

            i am almost always extremely hungry.. pre, during, and post workout...and every other minute of the day.

            Ive been waking up in a starving state lately.. and I am drinking a casein shake + skim milk + 3-4 egg whites + natural PB + bannanas (ideally, when I use bannana casein, which is all I will buy now)...



            but dude, i have been craving pizza for weeks. every day i drive home from my internship, which involves intense training and drinking protein shakes/eating clean all day (so I don't buy food) i drive by this place with a huge sign "KING OF PIZZA"..building is all bright and red and it makes me want pizza every single night as I drive home for 30mins drinking a san infusion MRP shake


            one of these days im gonna cook myself up pizza. my girl and I make a slamming whole weat dough and throw on like 5lbs of veggies/chicken.. luvit




            -- whats your daily fiber intake like?

                thanks for your responses guys

                fiber is good-i take in sweet potatos oats brown rice fruits veggies fiber supp twice daily

                i will go get my blood sugar checked

                today felt good-no light headed feelings-

                ive noticed that i am very full looking and my muscles stay pumped-in the past my chest would not be pumped all the time and it would have a watery look to it-same w/ my abs-now everyday my chest looks cut and stays pumped and my abs look tight-is this from the gg?

                one thing i have noticed is that ive broken out on my face since starting my stack-any ideas of why this is happening?

                and would a small apple or bananna be ok to have w/ my pre workout stack? or should i stick to the rice cake or granola bar?
