  • About to try Black Hole for the first time.

    I am ordering it tonight to try it out. Right now my goal is to put about 10 to 15 lbs on in about a month or so. Here are my stats:

    Age: 23 (in 2 weeks)
    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 170
    Body Fat 8 or 9%


    Do you guys think this goal is too ambitious? Right now i am consuming about 4000 cal. a day with about a 45% carb, 30% protein, and 25% fat. My metabolism is pretty high so i think it might be do-able. Anyone have an opinion?

    i think it is too ambituous and most of the gains will be fat.

        Well, in the past week i have gained 5 lbs by upping my caloried a lot but my fat % has remained the same...thats why i think 10 is do-able.

                      I think to hit 15 or realyl even 10 lbs you're going to have to do more than jsut up your cals. You need to increase protein synthesis to take advantage of the increased cals/protein. So you might need something that boosts test levels as a result.
