    Default tizzyistrippin's Glycergrow Log

    Supplements I will be using on this log:

    Controlled Labs Glycergrow
    Universal Storm
    MRM BCAA+G
    Man Vaporize
    Cytosport Complete Whey Strawberry Banna
    ON 100% Gold Cookies N Cream (Tastes horrible)
    Wont be adding the Man Vaporize or the MRM BCAA+G for at least 2-3 weeks because I want to get an initial impression from GG before I add them in.

    Personal Stats:

    Height==5ft 8in (Im short I know)
    Weight==184
    BF%===17%(could be 1-2% lower or higher)

    Goals:

    Lose Bodyfat for about a 1.5 months then Bulk up again
    I usually dont have much trouble losing Bodyfat but here lately its like I have hit a wall so I am hoping the GG and other supps will help with this
    To get RIPPED!!
    Diet:

    Meal 1: 5 Boiled Egg Whites, 1/2 cup oats
    Meal 2-4: Usually consists of Baked Chicken and Steamed Veggies, Sometimes I will throw in some beef just to mix it up though. Always cut off access fat.
    Protein shake right after workout with 1/3 cup strawberries or blueberries
    One before bed if I havent gotten in enough protein for the day
    Wont be posting diet cuz thats pretty much it everyday. If you think I should change certain things please let me know.

    Pics will be added in tomorrow afternoon when I take them.

    Workout Routine:

    Day 1: Legs and Back
    Day 2: Arms and Shoulders
    Day 3: Chest and Triceps
    Day 4: Day Off
    Day 5: Repeat

    Not really sure what else to put in right now, if I think of anything I will just add it in later.

    Calves==15 in
    Thighs==23in
    Bicep==15in

    Default Day 1

    Todays workout was Arms & Shoulders. Workout went pretty good. The only noticeable effects that I maybe saw today was that I was a little more focused. Veins were poppin a little more than usual, but I might have been hitting the weights a little harder today because I was pumped. I will not expect any noticeable differences for at least 1-2 weeks. Thats why I am waiting to add other supplements. Hopefully I notice a difference before then. Tomorrow is Chest and Triceps day!!!!(My favorite as my chest is my most lacking area)

    Wide Grip BB Curls
    Concentration Curls -DB
    Military Press
    Lat Pulldowns
    Crossover Shoulder Rows-Cable

    I took 3 scoops 25 min before my workout. I will try 4 tomorrow and see if that makes a difference

    I would take like two 30mins before, and two right before you hit the gym.

    I would replace the Wide Grip BB Curls for like Hammer Curls, and also why no rear delts?

    I replace the Wides with Hammers on next Arms day. I hit each body part 2x per week and I change up some of the excersises every other time so that I can get a little more variety in my routine. I have been using this routine for about a month now and it has been working pretty well so far. I do rear delt rows on back day

    Default DAY 2

    First thing I want to say is that I took LancerV's suggestion on the 4 scoops(2 30 min prior then 2 upon arriving at the gym) and it made a significant difference. Felt more focused, got a pump in my chest which never happens for me. Triceps were freaking bursting. I really like the focused part though. When I get fatigued it gets harder to want to go on, but today I was just jumping on the weights. I really hope that continues. Today was a good workout day overall.

    Incline Bench Press
    Decline Flies
    Decline Bench Press
    French Press
    Dips (hands on bench with feet on chair)

    Nothing really to report today as its an off day. Just keeping calories in check and drinking lots of water today.

    Default Day 4

    Today was legs and back day. I tried the Glycergrow dosing a little different today. I did 1 scoop 25 min pre, 1 scoop right before, and 1 scoop 20 min into my workout. I have to say I like the 2 scoops 30 min prior and 2 scoops right before dosing better and think thats what I am gonnna stick with from now on. Glycergrow definetely helps with the pump aspect. I am getting pumps in spots where I previously didnt get pumps before. Glycergrow does seem to make me shed water faster to. I am upping my water intake to 2 gallons a day minimum. 1.5 gallons a day wasnt cutting as near the end of the day I felt like I wasnt getting in enough water so I drank 2 yesterday throughout the course of the day and felt much better. Today was a decent workout day I would have to say.

    Calf Raises
    Leg Lifts
    Deadlifts

    Today I worked out my chest. I worked out with my uncle today. We hit the weights really hard today. Didnt have much energy today, but I still went at as hard as I could. Chest is totally blitzed.

    I dont know if it is just me, but my DOMS has been way increased since I started on the GG. Don't know if it is that I am working harder in the gym or the GG, but it has been hurting to be me the last 3 days. But hey, gotta pay the price to get where I want and I am gonna do whatever it takes to get the body shape I want.

    Would it be alright to take 6 scoops of gg????? I was thinking 3 30 min prior and 3 right before.

    Default DAYS 6 & 7

    Went out of town for these 2 days. Had to go visit family. Took my supplements like normal. I take the GG on off days to. Will be gettin back at it hard again tomorrow. Weighed myself today and at the end of the day I was at 183. Usually by the end of the day for me I am sitting at 185-187 so that is definitely an improvement after 1 week. I am happy with a 2lb loss in one week. I contribute most of that to the glycergrow as I have sat at 185 for the past month. Nothing has changed in my diet or routine but the GG. So Im pretty stoked about that right now. My veins also seem to be poppin more all the time now to. Im pretty impressed so far. Other than that there isnt anything else to report.
