  • Thoughts on carb blockers?

    any thoughts? my diet is 40% protein, 30 % carbs 30% fat.


    would a carb blcker help improve my nutrition because i can't find a practical way to cut anything else from my diet. Everything is good, easy to eat, i enjoy it, but i would love a little edge....
    Ht: 6'1"
    Wt: 200 lb.s
    BF: 20.4% (6/9/06)
    17% (8/2/06)
    Age 20

    I think they work but should be the last resort.

        carb blockers really work? ive heard mixed stuff about them, so i wouldnt know

          By carb blockers do you mean Phase 2 (phaseolamin) If so I would avoid bothering with those. My understanding is that they do nothing to help with fat loss. Alpha Lipoic Acid, Gymnema, Cinnulin and the like might be helpful taken with carbs.
