I've come back too working out after 2 weeks cause off solid work. Now my problem thought has always been in effect generally. Lets say im doing bench press for 4x8 and i can get 200lbs. with 1 or 2 sets with no spot. But then, I can only get like 185 or 180 on the last 2 sets. What should I do? I feel strong at first but idk. Should I drop the weight or what?
