Premix GF and PW(how long is it good?)

I always premix my PW and GF/GM the night before workouts. Today I couldn't get to the gym. Would it lose it's potency in two days?

Not sure about the WF/PW, but I prefer my mix to be fresh

i imagine the longer it sits out the less good it is .. im no chemist though

Don't see why it would matter, unless your water has red blood cells and a digestive system in it. In that case, you have bigger issues on your hands.

i kinda think along the same lines as it is still in the bottle so it shouldn't matter, but i also read somewhere a while back where aminos dilute in water etc after so long. ?? hate to waste the stuff, lol. thanks for the replies guys.

should be fine. take weeks for creatine to start to convert in liquids

On the pw, I usually make my mix for work the night before so it's chilled/dressed the next morning. Chilled 28oz. mag/pw on off days ftw!
