ya - i was at the beach from thurs-sun night, and when i got back i basically was in a near death state of food poisoning/stomach virus hell. It came back bad yesterday -- i had dairy + fiber for every meal, and after i was back near dead, i googled it up and found out that both are bad for the situation.

I feel bad for my girlfriend.. going back to the beach tonight for her bday this weekend, and i havent been able to hit 100% yet. Ive got alot of jello and gingerale for recovery today, haha. and must avoid shellfish/seafood buffets at all costs.

Me I got mine from Nutraplanet since they have Fedexx International Express. That's like 1-2 days from USA to Canada. I want it the faster I can, i'm impatient x)

But the sad part is the ETA is August 20 and they don't have it yet =(
