    DAy 20

    Well today was day 20 and i got in alot of food i even ahd a big bowl of ice cream mmm...cheat meals gotta love em anyways here is my daily meal log moday i will do shoudlers/legs

    Meal 1:2 cups oatmeal, protein bar, 2 cups milk
    Meal 2:2 Chicken breast, 1 baked potatoe
    Meal 3:2 steaks t-bone, 1.5 baked potatoe, 1 cup milk
    Meal 4:around 4 cups icecream mabey more
    Meal 5rotein shake, and something else not sure wat? lol

        Day 21

        Well today was day 21 and i got in alot of food and iam still hungry, lols, anyways i have legs/shoudlers on monday so i will psot up my workout tommorrow. Here is my meal log for now, and black hole is still kicking in so that a great sign jsut letting you know controlled labs

        Meal 1: 1 protien bar, 2 cups milk
        Meal 2: 2 suasage mc muffins, 1 cup milk, 3 hasbrowns
        Meal 3: 3 Slices pork roast, 1 cup rice, 1 whoel corn
        Meal 4: 3 cups ice cream
        Meal 5: 2 slices rye bread, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 3 cups milk

          Day 22

          Well i got in alot of food today and will get in some more in a second i jsut finished a protein shake and need more food! Anyways todya was my shoulders/leg day so i got in a good workout, ill post up tommorrow again, still have the hunger after BH, so thats a good sign.

            Day 23

            Well i had a good day today and jsut about to go eat some pb and j's snadwiches. Anyways i got in alot of food, no workout today thought that will be tommorrow back and bi's anyways heres my meal log

            Meal 1: 2 cups oatmeal, protein bar, 2 cups milk
            Meal 2: 2 homemade sausage mc muffins
            Meal 4: 1 cup oatmeal, protein shake
            Meal 5: 8 strips baco, 4 scrambelled eggs, 2 slices rye bread, 2 cups milk

                Day 24

                Well today was day 24 and i jsut finished my back/bi's workout and gonna go have a protein shake right after typing this anways to keep you up to date the hunger is still there and iam eatin tons and tons check back in like 5 days for my final reveiw. Sero ill be postin my final weight at the end of my log, you'll just have to check back then i havent even weighed myself yet

                  Sorry i missed posting yesterday i just plain old forgot. I got in alot of food yesterday so i was happy with that. Today was supposed to be my chest/tris day but i decided time to move onto bill stars 5x5 program to add some seroius mass to my frame. here is day 1 of that training

                    Well still pumping it with 3 days left to go should be good..i got a fair amount of food in today not as much as i would have liked but still a good amount, sorry for the short post iam tired and hungry peace

                      Seems like you eat pretty good, man. My diet usually hits the mark, but completely lacks variation. You need a room mate at all?

                        Day 28

                        Well today was supposed to be leg/shoulders but iam takign a week off to work out a new routine the 5x5 jsut doesnt seem right for me ive been looking over Westside for skinny bastards and iam likin it so far so ill probably be hitting that up next week. Ive seen many log and testmonials with good results for that program. Well back to BH thought stuill hungry and i might even throw in another meal yet here is a meal update. Yea thx brown, i do have a vaired diet, i just try to get in alto of protein and eat fairly clean with a few cheat here and there. I think variety in a diet helps me saty sane to tell you the truth, and yes i do like to try and keep clean up-to-date logs. I hope i can once again in the future do another log for Controlled Labs. Anyways check back in two days for the final review.

                        Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 slice rye bread, 3 cups milk
                        Meal 2: 3 cups turkey soup (homemade), 1 turkey breast, 1 cup milk
                        Meal 3: 1 protein shake
                        Meal 4: 3 eggs, 2 white bagels, 8 slices bacon, 2 cups milk
                        Meal 5: 3 cups vector cereal, 2 cups milk

                          well i was feeling sick today so i didnt want to waste one of my last days od BH so i didnt take it. I plan on eating alot tommorrow as to make up for today till tommorrow

                            Well i took the supps today but iam still taking the week off to figure out the new workout plan, so far iam thinkin of Westside 4 Skinny Bastards, anywyas here is my mean log

                            Meal 1:2 tbspn peanut butter, 1 slice rye bread, 1 large muffin, 3 cups milk
                            Meal 2:2 white bagles, 8 slices bacon, 2 cups milk
                            Meal 3:3 tbspn peanut butter, 2 cups milk
                            Meal 4:2 chicken breast, 2 cups milk
                            Meal 5:1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups milk

                              Well last day of the log and i got a ton to eat in, also had a good chest/tris workout out of my new plan to still pack on sum mass. Anyways here is my meal log and workout for my las post. Expect the review to be upo in 1-2 days to peep it. And my final weight is.........181 that a gain of 8 pounds in 30 days so iam very pleased with it i still would like to get up to 195 so ill probably be purchasing more BH in the future.
