I'm a little on the poor side, so I was thinking of using this on workout days only. Will I still see the benefits or is this something I need to take everyday? Also should I cycle off this if I only take it on workout days?

I've been "on the poor side", and in that scenario I would save / plan for the unexpected... not invest in supps.

Haha....good advice. I should have been more clear. I'm not poor, I just have a low budget for what I allow myself to spend on supps.

the increased aggression in the gym from the product an do that, so indirectly, yes

Would BG, GG, GM, and white flood pre-wo be too much??? say BG 45 min pre, then GG w/ GM 30 min pre, topped w/ WF 15-20 min pre??

It's one of the best recovery supplements I have ever used.

-Pump/Muscle Fullness

My muscle pump and fullness really stood out with Blue Gene. It was evident throughout the day and, for the most part, really never went away.

8.5/10

- Strength

My strength definately increased using Blue Gene. I set some personal records on some exercises.

- Endurance/Recovery

My endurance & recovery between exercises/sets had an increase while using Blue Gene.

8.0/10

- DOMS

DOMS were slightly reduced while using Blue Gene.

7.5/10

-Other Thoughts:

The only negative thing about Blue Gene is that it made my tongue turn blue.

The health benefits alone from some of these ingredients are well worth considering when you want to make bodybuilding a lifestyle, not a fad.

OVERALL

I loved using Blue Gene and I would consider using this again in the future. I was able to take my training to a new level. This is a product that anyone would benefit from using it!!
