    Hi guys,

    I'm currently semi-cutting with about 2400kcals.

    My weight is 160lb and I'm 5'9", 19 years old.

    I'm doing 4/5 day a week, 1h weightlifting + 30/45min. cardio after eacht liftingsession.
    I'm also doing cardio of off-days.

    I started using creatine 2 weeks ago and since then i haven't lost any weight.

    Now most say this is normal but I was thinking with al the cardio I'm doing I should have lost some weight...?

    Or maybe I should up the kcals or lower them?

    Goals: increase endurance, stamina, strenght, lose some fat

    Creatine wont make you loose fat.

      I know that..I think the creatine kept my weight up while I'm cutting.

        It can make you hold water weight, so maybe thats it?

            Also at 160, 2400calories may be around matience. Has any measurements changed?

              Well I do a lot of cardio...

              yeah, biceps grown 1 cm and my pants are a bit more loose around the waist.
