    Just wanna start of this post by saying WHHOHOHOHOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Today i took my permit test and passed it with flying colors. Pretty good feeling.

    Then to my workout. I workouted a little later than usual. but i still had a good workout.

    BACK/BICEPS

    Strict Curls: 15x8 20x8 30x8

    Loose curls: 30x8 40x5 30x8 25x10

    EZ bar curls: 35x8 65x8 75x5

    Cable Curls: 7x8 8x8 12x8(PR)

    Back

    Pulldowns with a reverse grip: 5x8 8x8 10x8 12x8 13x7(PR)

    DEadlift; went a little lighter today cuz the gym owner was there and he doenst like people to deadlift. 95x8 145x8 165x8 165x8

    Cable Rows: 5x8 8x8 12x6(PR)

    Barbell rows: 95x8 115x8 115x8 120x7(PR)

    And some other bicep and back workouts. But man, every workout, i can see more and more definition. MY shoulders were looking amazing and my biceps werent to bad and those are my worst bodypart.

    STRENGTH: 10/10 PR's speak for them selves

    ENDURANCE: 9.5/10 Little better than before but my biceps feel killed right now.

    PUMP: 9.5/10 Pretty good pump in my biceps.

    OVERALL: 9.9999799/10 My workouts just keep getting better and i am really starting to love this stuff.


    Tomorrow is legs and shoulders. MY favorite, cant wait to set some more PR's.

      Not trying to be a jerk, but you seem to be young, and a relative Newb to lifting... Don't you think you would be increasing the weights anyhow without this stuff? I would think at your age, you would just be getting stronger by eating properly and working out, even if you weren't taking a supplement. IMO, you are giving too much credit to this stuff and I'm willing to bet the lifts would be going up without it.

        ONce again, it was my decision to buy this product, i am not giving al lthe credit to this product, but i know it has helped me this far. You can say that about anyone at any age,regardless of what others say, are you telling me that if you were my age, you wouldnnt take supplements?

        I am and i will for a while. Its my opinion and its my logs.

          SHOULDERS/LEGS

          Took my SHOTGUN 40 minutes preworkout with about a liter of water. I had to ride my bike to the gym. So my legs were a little lighter than usual.

          SHOULDERS:
          DB Press: 20x8 40x8 55x7 55x7 35x8

          Arnold PRess: 30x8 35x8 25x8

          PushPress: 45x8 95x5 (some guy stole my rack so i couldnt finish)

          MAchine press: 5x8 9x8 10x8 4x20 5x20 6x20 7x16

          DB Front Raises: 15x8 20x8 25x8 25x8 20x8 15x8

          Barbell Raise: 40x8 50x8 60x8 70x8

          LEGS:

          Front Squats: 45x8 95x8 115x8 125x8 45x8

          Leg PRess: 90x8 180x8 270x8 360x8

          Machine Angled Squats: 5x8 7x8 4x8 (jumping squats) 5x8(JS) 6x8(JS)

          Hamstring Curls: 5x8 7x8 9x8 11x7

          Amazing workout overall.

          STRENGTH: 10/10 Everyworkout i set new PR's and i love it.

          ENDURANCE: 9.9/10 Today i just didnt want to quit.

          PUMPS: 9.9/10 I could feel my shoulders and my calves with a big pump.

          OVERALL: 9.998/10

          I am starting to get alot stronger, my legs are gettting up to par and i am starting to get alot more "looks" from girls.

          I love it.

            I think you missed my point. I wasn't trying to tell you not to buy anything or what to buy. Everyone should make their own decisions. Personally, I really didn't get into supplements until College because I didn't really know about them and didn't have the money to buy them. I'm simply saying that you are so young and new to lifting that your body is going to grow and get stronger whether you are taking a supplement or not, and I would attribute your PR's to that, not the supplement.

              I am not giving all the credit to the supplement but i can tell is it helping me. I have been lifting for 2 years now. I just lost alot of weight about 9 months ago and lost so much strength. So i have been getting serious about working out for 8 months.

                CHEST:

                TRICEPS:

                Tricep Pulldowns: 5x8 8x8 10x8 12x8 13x8(PR)

                DIPS: whole stackx10 bwx8 bw+25x4(PR) bw+15x6 bw+17.5x6

                Pushdown machine 6x8 10x8 13x8 15x8(PR) 6x20

                Someother exercises

                Overall i had a great workout.

                STRENGTH: 10/10 Everyworkout i am getting more PR's.

                ENDURANCE: 9/10 Today i got pretty tired but i was using so much weight

                PUMP: 10/10 My viens on my arms started to pop out.

                OVERALL: 10/10 This has been my greatest workout yet in my opinion.

                My triceps are starting to get alot stronger and my biceps were looking good today as well.

                I got basketball tonight and that should be fun cuz i havent played in like 6 months. I am trying out for basketball this year and if i get cut i am going to wrestle again.

                  MY workout today was My BACK/BICEPS:

                  Overall i had a good workout. Set about 4 PR's. Just a little tired to type it all and i am going out to a dance later tonight.

                  On a side note, when i got home today, my arms were 15' with a little pump going on. PRetty happy. I want to get 15'.5 inch guns cold before i finish my sophomore year in highschool.

                  OVERALL: 9.9/10

                    My legs were very sore so i took it easy.

                      Sorry i havent updated in a couple of days. School has been in for like a month and i have been doing alot of homework! ahhh.

                      Todays Workout: SHOULDERS/LEGS

                      DB Press: 25x8 40x8 55x8(PR!!!) 30x8 25x5

                      Pushpress: 45x8 65x8 85x8 95x8

                      DB Raises: 10x8 15x8 20x8 15x8

                      Shoulder Machine: 7 sets

                      LEGS:

                      Front squats 45x8 95x8 105x8 45x8

                      Quad machine: 6x8 8x8x 10x8

                      and some other legs and shoulder work, was a little pressed for time so my workout was a little shorter than usually. But man, i am starting to look massive.


                      OVERALL: 10/10

                      My workouts get better every single one. I had a PR on my shoulders and it felt pretty good.

                        DAY 16
                        Today was my TRICEPS/CHEST:

                        In short, another day gone, another couple of PR's set and busted.

                        Another amazing workout. But sadly i think i only have around 10 or so days left. I have been using a little more than a scoop most times.

                          Yesterday was my Shoulder/leg day:

                          I had a pretty crappy workout. My muscles were just really sore. I am thinking about taking a week off.

                          Today is My OFF day.

                          Tomorow is labor day.

                              JDUB"S FINAL VPX SHOTGUN REVIEW


                              Vascularity: 9/10 I noticed alot more veins while on this product.


                              Pump: 10/10 My shoulders and legs recieved the biggest pump and i was looking huuuge.


                              Strength: 11/10 I set over 30 PR's while on this product.

                              Gains: 8/10 My weight went up but not as much as i would have liked.

                              Taste: 6/10 Not bad, its not green magnitude but its not H+Blocker. Its alright.

                              OVERALL: 9.5/10 This product was simply amazing. When i first read the ad, i was baffled thinking a supplement couple do what it said. I must say, it came pretty close to the ad, and we all know that is hard to do!

                                Good review man, it really is one of the best products out right now. For Pre there really is nothing that can compete without multiple serving or products together.
