    I'm currently using something I customized to my personal growth response:

    1. Triceps + Chest (push)
    2. Quads + Hams
    3. Biceps + Shoulders (Push / pull)
    4. Triceps + Chest (push)
    5. Quads + Hams + Traps
    6. Biceps + Back + Calves (pull)
    7. Off day

    So, I'm combining push-only days, pull-only days and a day mixed (biceps and shoulders). My reasoning behind this? None really. Just to see how it works. So far I like it. I've only been using it for a couple days.
