    on the train insane with kane note.. what ab exercises are those ones hes doing on the chin up bar? - they look hard but very interesting..

    good work guys loving the vids (hope there are more to come!)

          drew i belive in you man i think you will be those ripp ass huge guys v shape like kane in the future just eat well and sleep well dont worry you got alot of time juz my 2 cents save alot of money LOL lets hope no one saw that but yeaa bodybuilding.com !

                  they are called hanging leg raises --- you hang from a bar and kick your legs up... you can do them many ways.


                  you can kick the knees up to your chin
                  you can kick your feet up overyour head

                  you can keep your knees bent or straight out

                  and you can kick your legs up and than twist the torso side-to-side (windshield whipers)

                  it's basically an advanced version of these:



                  very difficult exercises, as they work the abdominals directly through the range of motion while including the musculature of the upper body, specifically the arms and shoudler girdle due to the nature of the hang



                  on a side note, performing a pullup/chinup after doing those would be great as well -- when you hold your body in the hanging position you build elastic potential energy in the lats.. again very difficult, but very beneficial.

                    Hanging lever twists, hanging wipers or hanging leg raise. Most of my ab exercises are based on hanging motions. Sometimes after shoulder or back day though I replace the hanging raise with roman chair raises. Not sure what the proper name is actually....

                        i usually refer to it as a roman chair, but when i googled it to find the image, it seems like roman chair refers to the back hyperextension machine things (anterior hips on a pad and posterior of thelegs secured in with foam roll pads) and this was called a captains chair...

                                Kane is there any reason why you dont catch the snatch in a deeper overhead squat in a fluid motion, but rather do the snatch than an overhead squat? (or was it just for demonstration purposes for jay/pt during this vid maybe even?)



                                also, wtf is the guy in the black beater doing/trying to do at the end?! haha
