  • IGF-2 Growth Spurt

    Thanks to Don and Applied Nutriceuticals for giving me a full bottle of the IGF-2 to try out.
    I will be running this Log for 30 days with the first 14 days of added Neovar.
    This Log will also be running along side my PW/GM/GG Ultimate Gain Stack which i have purchased to run for 3 months and gain some good quality Mass.

The variety of Mucuna Pruriens used in IGF-2 is standardized to 25% L-Dopa, delivering large amounts of this active ingredient per capsule. L-Dopa is a precursor to Dopamine, a powerful biogenic amine, and L-Dopa is the only method of transport of Dopamine through the blood-barrier. L-Dopa-induced GHRH release (growth hormone releasing hormone) signals the pituitary to release HGH. HGH is essentially a polypeptide hormone that stimulates skeletal muscle cells to grow and divide; providing for significant, permanent muscle hypertrophy in adults.     This does change depending on whether i am working days, nights or on my days off.

    Overview :

    Took 6 IGF-2 and 6 Neovar throughout the day. Started on a lower dose to asses tolerance. Will be taking 8 IGF-2 (3,3,2) and 8 Neovar (4,4) from day 3.
    Haven't felt any ill effects of the capsules as of yet.

    If there is a better way of taking them please advice AN.

    Obviously not felt any effect of the tabs as only Day 1.
    I am back in the Gym from tomorrow so lets see how things go.

      Overview :

      Swinging back round from night shift today which always puts me out a little on this day.
      Took 3 IGF-2 once i got in from work this morning. Had a good 4 hours and woke quite refreshed.

      My session at the gym was very good today, but can blow hot or cold after my last night shift.

      No ill effects from the IGF-2 and feel ok.
      Looking foreward to tomorrow as it's Chest day....

        Took supplements as above throughout the day. Had a good Chest/Tricep session at the gym today but not really any different to normal. Cardio in the afternoon was good too.
        No extra pumps in the gym from normal, No ill effects from any supplement so far either.
        I stopped taking my GABA two weeks ago before starting on the IGF-2 as it might have interfered with it when taken pre-bed.
        Did notice last night though i had a real Vivid dream, Could this be an effect from the IGF-2? We will see as the month goes on.
        I have felt good all day so far with no issues.

        Shoulders and Abs at the Gym tomorrow...

              I will be back in the gym after this though for 4 straight days next week.

                  Woke today and felt quite refreshed this morning. Had a good nights sleep too. I have felt good all day and my mood is still up quite high. Not much notice on the Anabolic side of things apart from my upper arms feel very hard (not Pumped, but solid).

                  I will be weighing myself and take my BF% tomorrow as it will be a week on the IGF-2 just to see if there is any change at all.

                    Woke and felt good again today. Refreshed and awake. I had another good nights sleep too. I am definatley feeling harder in the muscle across my chest and especially in my arms.
                    Mood is still really good,Not on a high but just always smiling and feeling positive.

                    Back at the Gym tomorrow so i will see if there is anything extra there.

                    My weight is at 165lbs. I did actually drop to 164lb the day i started my log so possibly put up to a lb on this first week. But we will see over the next few weeks what actually happens.

                      Overview :

                      Good, Strong workout today. I felt great all the way through the session. Pumps are improving and felt quite good today.
                      My sleep is getting better and feeling very refreshed when i wake up.
                      My mood is still on the up and seems to be getting better each day too.

                      Feeling quite solid at the moment and muscle's have a definate fullness to them now. No real strength increase or weight gain as such. But still only day 8.

                      The IGF-2 Might possibly be doing somthing as my body shape is changing slightly when i look in the mirror. My shoulders are definatley looking more rounded for starters but not that much bigger.

                      I won't be measuring again until the end of the 30 days just to see what difference, if any, in size and BF.

                        Took my Supplements as above. Got to the Gym and after my first chest exrecise on the Decline Press i could feel my chest swelling nicely.
                        By the end of my Chest exercises i was positively bursting across the chest area.

                        Dont know whether the IGF-2 is kicking in or the GlycerGrow but either way something is working to add benefit to my workouts.

                        No significant strength gains as such but seem to have more explosive power in the thrust part of the exercises.
                        My mood is still good and more motivated to give more concentration and intensity to my workouts.
                        Definate shape change occuring of my upper body but no real size gains as of yet.

                        Tomorrow Shoulders/Traps to work on at the gym with my Abs being done on Friday with my Leg routine.

                          Overview :

                          Had a short but intense workout today on my Shoulders. Felt really focused and concentrated well on the muscles worked today.
                          No fatigue throughout my workout at all and got a really good pump today.
                          My shoulders felt really full and rounded and still feel good now.

                          I felt a little tired this morning but did have a very good sleep last night.
                          My mood is great and feel on a level where nothing could bring it down, Very positive attitude coming.

                          Feeling very good with a good workout and all round great day.

                          Tomorrow is Leg day which will be a very light day to bring my knee back into it without doing too much

                            Very Light training today on my legs to Rehabilitate my right knee back into it slowley. It was better than i thought it would be actually. Did some deadlifts as this didn't put as much stress on my knee.

                            Overview :

                            Had a very light Leg workout today to allow my knee to slowley come back into the game.
                            It was quite a good workout really, better than i thought it would be actually.
                            Did some Dead Lifts as this didn't put as much stress on my knee as squats do. No pain at all in the knee throughout the workout but didn't want to push it.

                            Mood is very good at moment. Body aching in the muscles from the last 3 days working out but nothing unusual.

                            Working the Night shift for the next 3 nights so will be back training on Monday afternoon. Unless i fit a cardio session in over the weekend.

                            Tonight is always the worst as i don't/can't get much sleep during the day before i go to do my 12 hour night. So i eat throughout tonight to keep my energy up...

                            My Delt/Chest tie-in is coming up well too and a better shape forming so far.

                            All in all quite a good session at the gym and hopefully a good day to follow.

                              Overview :

                              Felt a little tired when i woke this afternoon. Mood is still very good and feeling good about things.
                              Checked my BF% today - Down 1 point to 18%
                              Also checked my weight again - Up to 165.5 lb

                              Overall body feeling is good with some fullness in the muscles as well as feeling hard too. No real Vascularity but my BF% is still quite high to see this i think.

                              Weight increasing slowley and BF% going down........
