    alright bitches, so my white flood got in today. Id like to thank Pu|2 for this oppurtunity and controlled labs.

    here are my current supps

    Green magnitude
    White Flood
    Creatine Mono
    Multivitiman
    Dextrose/whey

    Training schedule
    Monday ME upper
    Tuesday DE lower
    weds off
    Thursday DE upper
    Friday ME lower

    I am really excited to compare this to no xplode, #1 white flood has 100 scoops to no xplodes 40, they are both about the same price.

    took first serving of white flood heres how it went down...

    taste - 7/10 not good, not bad, i dont give a shit about taste as long as im able to down it

    mixability 9/10 pretty good, except for minimal clumps

    during the first 10 minutes, i was a little worried because i didnt feel a thing unlike no xplode where i felt instant [PLINK=1077]energy[/PLINK]. after 10 minutes, i felt a [PLINK=643]surge[/PLINK] and it kept getting stronger

        had a lot of energy, 1.5 scoops seems to be the sweet spot.
        sfw mentality dropped to like a 5 when i entered the gym, seemed like it was a library. but 235 x 2 was good, wasnt satisfied enough so i tried 240 x 2 and got it. VERY happy, didnt go to failure. also PRed my max on close grip for 2 reps B)

            im gettin tired of this shitty gym, smith squats just dont cut it. didnt really feel like going today. only took 1 scoop, but i still felt good. i was sweating way too much, it was getting rather annoying. god i hate that gym, it was like 90 degrees in the weight room.

                            good log so far. Damn man, from your pic I'd have assumed more weight would be moving. Going for bulk or cut? As I didn't see anywhere your goal. Keep it up though.

                              thanks, yea i only weigh 157 right now, current maxes are 260 on bench and 355 on deadlift, but im workin on it. im bulkin, but cant gain shit, i have a fast metabolism.
