While i've posted a GG's French Toast recipe a couple months back. I've been busy in my new kitchen cooking up more healthy GG's Goodies! More to come in the near future.
2 scoops Golden Gains
1/2 (15 ounce) package refrigerated piecrust
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
3/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup half-and-half
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nutrition Info: Per Pie
Calories: 533 kcal
Carbohydrates: 62 g
Dietary Fiber: 5 g
Fat: 12 g
Protein: 25 g
Sugars: 11 g
2. Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unfold piecrust; press out fold lines. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under and crimp.
Stir together pumpkin & 2 scoops of GG's and next 7 ingredients until blended Can add a tad more pumpkin if desired. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Pour filling into piecrust.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set in the center. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Yield: 8 servings
Also it's Great with Sugar Free Cool Whip on top. Perfect For the Holidays! Enjoy.
