Looks fine to me. How much do you weigh?
I ask only because I question the need for that much protein... I take up to 250g myself but this is on a much lower carb intake. And our protein requiremnts increase as carbs are lowered since carbs are protein sparing.

My natural body type is mesomorphic and my maintenance level is around 2900-3100 cal per day. So timberwolf, do you think its best for me to feel this out and see how it works, or decrease lets say...that 10:00 am Whey shake which would bring me around 300. This diet has been working very well for me thus far, but im open to any opinions!
