  • First time user: GB/WB Stack

    I will be starting the GB/WB stack on Monday. Just received my supps from the brown truck today.

    Before:
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 202 lbs
    Waist: 33"
    BF %: 11%
    Max Bench (1RM): 275
    Max Squat (1RM): 365

    Looking to improve overall strength and vascularity while adding quality dense muscle. I will also be taking other supplements but the thing I will be watching most is my diet. I have never done very well with my diet so hopefully I can stay strict about it.

    The other supplements I am taking will be:
    NOW Extreme CLA
    Higher Power Fish Oil
    CL GB/WB
    ON 100% Whey
    Syntrax Nectar Protein
    ON ZMA

    I will be posting up weekly and my training split is as follows:
    Monday: Chest/Back
    Tuesday: Shoulders/Legs/Abs
    Wednesday: Bis/Tris/Forearms
    Thursday: Chest/Back/Abs
    Friday: Shoulders/Legs/Abs
    Saturday: Bis/Tris/Forearms
    Sunday: OFF

    If anyone has recommendations, please feel free to help me out...

    I'm looking forward to this stack as I have heard great reviews!

      Awesome... drink plenty of water and lift with intensity !! Seems like the more intensity I lift with, the more I can "feel" the added boost from supplements.
