    So when it comes to stacking GM and GB, what's the final word on this from Controlled Labs? Which one pre-workout and which one post?

    there is no single solution. even among reps/consultants and myself. I personally like the green bulge caps pre and a half serving of magnitude post. I think PT does it the other way around.

      I think each person has a few scenarios to try and see which works best for them.

      1) green bulge 5 caps pre and half serving of green mag post

      2) half serving of green mag pre and 5 caps of green bulge post

      3) half serving of green mag pre and half serving of green mag post

      4) full serving of green mag pre

      5) full serving of grreen mag post

      6) 3 caps of green bulge and 1/4 serving of green mag pre and 2 caps of green bulge and 1/4 serving of green mag post

      did I miss any?

        So, why only 1/2 scoop post and not a full scoop? Also, should there be timing considerations between post workout shakes and GM?

          I feel that if you already have the green bulge you dont need aother 5 grams of creatine post, but I am frugal, this way you get 160 servings out of green mag

            alrighty then ... last question:

            I'm going to be modifying my supplementation of GM for the log since I'm beyond my initial 30 days and bringing GB and BU into the mix .... I'm thinking I can shoot for the 1/2 scoop GM pre and then 5 pills GB post .... so should I then wait another 30 minutes before having my post workout shake?

              IMO there is no need to wait, you can have the post creatine and shake together.

                I personally do just to make sure of best absorption.

                  Stonecold's Ideal Timing:

                  3 caps GB 45 minutes pre
                  1/2 scoop GM (mixxed with PW) on the drive to the gym

                  I'm just crazy like that...

                    Yes he is..

                    I take 1 scoop of GM pre, then after about 20min I take my pre workout protein. Then as soon as I walk in the door, I get some simple carbs, along with my 5 caps of gb, then about 20 after I down my post protein shake.

                      or

                      1 scoop gm pre weights

                      5 green bulge pre cardio

                      or you could do something like
                      1 scoop green mag early AM
                      5 green bulge postworkout (assuming its early evening)

                      that would be interesting i thinks..

                        That's what I do... but like most things related to fitness / nutrition / bodybuilding... there is no single "final answer"... what works for someone 6ft 250lbs could be overkill for someone 5' 6" 120lbs

                              on a side note, ive experimented in pre, post, and during with green mag. i really dont think there is a best, just a preference.

                              IMO i think taking pre along with GG gets it ready to be shuttled in during a workout, so thats my reasononing behind taking it pre.
