    So I am on my 2nd week of using the White Flood + GreenMag + Purple Wraath Stack.
    (I was on a 2 week Stim Free time prior because I was using BSN NO-Xplode and was using Prolab Creapure and PW)
    This is my 2 week use review of using WF + GM + PW!


    White Flood: Lemonade Flavor Review

    Taste: 7/10
    It is "OK" and consumable.
    Not the worst thing I have ever tasted nor the best.
    I tend to take it in high concentration (only 10-14oz water) then just chug it so I don't really taste it.
    When I 1st tried it, I drank it down slow and it has this strong taste to it that I didn't truely enjoy.
    Some may want to drink it with more water to dilute it.
    I just make it a high concentration so I don't feel bloated while lifting.

    Mixability: 10/10
    Mixes VERY Well.
    I used to put it in my blender/shaker bottle but now I just put it in a regular glass and stir it with a fork for a minute or two.

    Effect:
    This thing makes my body tingle after I take it ... and I Like it!
    I definitely notice an increase in energy after use.



    GreenMAGnitude: Lemonade Flavor review

    Taste:10/10
    I LOVE the taste of lemonade GreenMAG!
    It is like drinking candy!
    I Mix my White Flood with GreenMag 30-45minutes Pre-workout so it makes the White Flood taste a tad better.
    But I tend to just chug this pre-workout mix.

    Mixability: 9/10
    It mixes great.
    I also started using my blender/shaker bottle but now I just put it in a regular glass and stir it with a fork for a minute or two.
    No matter how much I stir or shake, there is always a small amount of powder at the bottom.
    I just add a little more water and drink it all up

    Effect:
    Not sure if its the WF or the GM or the PW or all of the 3, but I feel great and do great when working out even more than usual!


    Purple Wraath: Grape Flavor Review

    Taste: 10/10
    I at 1st didn't like the taste of PW that much.
    It was "OK" but by the 3rd serving I guess I grew accustomed to it and started LOVING IT!
    Its a tasty/sweet grape flavor, not tangy.
    Weird thing is that after taking PW I get this weird side-effect.
    I start getting this sweet taste, as if my buccal pouch is secreting soemthing sweet and sugary.
    It doesn't bother me (actually enjoy it) but it does go away after a while.
    BTW, this thing tastes MUCH better when COLD!

    Mixability: 10/10
    Mixes GREAT!
    I just put it in my water bottle ... shake it a few times and then put it in my freezer for 30 minutes then start sipping it.
    No left overs

    Effect:
    I also get some tingling feeling when I take this.
    But I LOVE that feeling.
    Maybe it is just me but I think it helps me with both cardio and lifting!

    OVERALL REACTION to WF + GM + PW

    I LOVE these products!
    Improvement is definitely showing as can be seen below.
    I love CL Products so much that I added a few more CL items in my stack!
    I am now using CL Purple Wraath, GreenMAG, White Flood, Orange TRIad, REDuction, GlycerGrow!

    Starting Supplements & Dosage:
    Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder: minimum 1 serving with 1 cup Lactaid Lactose Free/Fat Free Milk post-workout. (Have some Strawberries & Cream left over but just got a new Cookies & Cream delivered)
    ON 100% Casein: 1 serving with 1 cup Lactaid Lactose Free/Fat Free Milk as a Pre-bed shake. Using Creamy Vanilla flavor at this time and planning to try Cookies & Cream next.
    NOW Adam Multi-Vitamin: 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with dinner.
    GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil: 1 tablet with dinner
    Barlean's Highest Lignan Flax Oil: 1 tbls with Pre-bed shake.
    Lipo-6x: 2 tablets before breakfast & 2 tablets before lunch. (8 weeks on, 1 week off)
    Prolab Creatine Monohydrate: 2.5mg with GreenMag. (Just using 800mg left-over Creatine to finish it off.)
    GreenMAGnitude: 1 scoop with 10-14oz water 30-45mins Pre-workout. Also 1 scoop on OFF Days.
    White Flood: 1 scoop 30-45mins Pre-workout with GreenMag.
    Purple Wraath: 1 scoop with 10-14oz water Pre/Intra workout.


    Current Workout Plan:
    Monday, Wednesday & Friday: AM Cardio (~20min light jog), PM Lift with 10min warmup and ~20min Max Incline post-workout walk/jog on Treadmill.
    Tuesday & Thursday: HIT Cardio + Abs (May also do saturdays)
    Weekends: Rest

    Current HIT Cardio Plan:
    (This HIT Cardio plan is copied from Kelly Baggett's article called Build Muscle & Lose Fat Simultaneously?
    • Start 4 min Warmup.
    • 12 Reps of 20secs Max Effort Sprint followed by 40secs jog.
    • 4 min cooldown light jog.

    Ham Work 3 x 8 (Will be doing Straight Leg Deadlifts)

    Bicep Iso 3 x 8 (Will be doing Barbell Curls)

    Wednesday

    Bench Press 3 x 5
    Dips 3 x 6-8
    OH Press 3 x 6-8
    Tricep Iso 2 x 8 (Will be doing Tricep Pushdown)

    Friday
    Deadlift 2 x 5, 1 x 3
    Leg Press 2-3 x 10
    Wide Grip Pullups 4 x 8
    Bicep Iso 3 x 8 (Will be doing Barbell Curls)
    WEEK B
    Monday
    Bench Press 3 x 5
    Dips 3 x 6-8
    OH Press 3 x 6-8
    Tricep Iso 3 x 8 (Will be doing tricep Pushdown)

    Wednesday
    Squat 2-3 x 5, 1 x 10
    Ham Work 3 x 8 (Will be doing Stiff legged or Romanian Deadlift)
    Pullups/ DB Row 3 x 8 (Will try to powerset)
