Okay, my workout is not what I need right now, I need a good bulk workout and I like working my first reps low and heavy then droping weight to higher reps. I'm working out 4 or 5 days a week, but I can't squat, deadlift, or anything that may tweak the lower back.
I'm thinking chest/shoulders and arms days twice a week,
