Negatives is where you use your body to close the gripper and than hold it closed for like 10secs.

Yea because they arent great for your hand, the only reason I train with them is because I gotta keep my grip up since my gym doesnt allow anyone to use chalk so I have to use straps unless I can sneak in some chalk.

Just make sure you do some type of active recovery with them, handballs, snowballs, or something along thosse lines and you should be fine. The only problem is most people dont do any active recovery with them and there finger ligaments will start to take a beating after awhile.

I had a link but Ill have to find it.

please post it when you find it ... I've been training with CoC's for a while (endurance...not strength) and have not experienced any pain

Well if you keep it in the higher rep ranges I dont see where you have an issue, its more so the 1-3crush rep range

Also here is an article on what I am kinda talking about...
                    http://www.voyagerrecords.com/artend.htm

Taking about tendinitis of the hands. And these are just musicans that get it from holding there violns and what not, no where near 200-300lbs of pressure

                    Heres a better article:
                    http://www.e-hand.com/hw/hw022.htm

                    And another:
                    http://www.ccohs.ca/oshanswers/disea...disorders.html

Remeber your hand is almost all tendons, and your fingers are ALL tendons
