  • is it really necessary to cycle WF/GG?

    i never saw that before but i've been browsing some threads and people have been saying they are cycling them...

    i've been using GM/PW/GG since november, had some WF too, and i've been off of it for about a month and a half, just got another order tub... wondering if/why i should be cycling between GG and WF

    i think most people think of GG and WF both being associated with vascularity therefore think of them as being very similar. they are 2 total different products and should compliment eachother well. i see no reason not take both at the same time unless you want to extend the duration of the tubs.

      Is it necessary to cycle White FLOOD™ ?


      We generally recommend that you cycle off White FLOOD every 8 weeks, for an "OFF" period of 1-4 weeks. During this "OFF" period, we recommend using GlycerGROW™ to maintain intensity levels and strength.
      I know some people use them both, but you have to play around with works best for you. The recommendation is to cycle between them.
