  • Critique my diet...

Hi i'm new here... been bulking for ages, up to 78kgs now from 64kgs about 1 1/2 years ago.. I was just wondering if i could get some feedback on my diet. My diet isnt set in stone, it changes a bit but heres an example of what id eat in a day...

Meal 1- 140g tuna on brown bread, 1 scoop whey in milk

Meal 2- 125g whole wheat pasta, 300g beef sauce, 140g tuna

Meal 3- muesli bar, 1 scoop whey in water

    WORKOUT

Meal 4- 2 scoops whey in 500mL milk, muesli

    Meal 5- steak/chicken w/ rice and veggies

Meal 6- 3 tbsp PB on brown bread, 1 scoop whey in milk

I think thats around 3500 cals or so... with 250+ grams of protein

Any feedback would be nice.. cheers

    i need a conversion chart!!!

3500 calories seems like an ok number, but what is your BMR? Are you trying to put on 1lb a week? How tall are you? Is your workout just lifting or is there cardio? Have you read this post yet: http://www.controlledlabsforum.com/showthread.php?t=45 ?

lots of unanswered factors that need to be considered

hey Enky! welcome to the cl forum!!
If you can fit it in your schedule, you would probably do well adding an extra meal in for calorie balance throughout the day
