    If I use GF after workout will that be enough carbs till my next meal? I take my creatine immediately after workout and a shake 15min after. Right now I'm just mixing 30g whey with 50g simple carbs(powder gatorade). I eat a meal about an hour after my shake too.

      I mentioned an hour from end of workout to first meal when its really about an hour and a half, would the 20g of protein and 25g of carbs still replenish enought glycogen till the meal? thanks

        Personally I like to get a solid food meal ASAP... so GFH immediately post-workout and then something like Chicken and Rice ASAP... sometimes beef + pasta... sometimes Tuna Sandwiches.

        With the GFH, my stomach handles that post-workout meal much better.

          Thanks. It seems more times than none I have a little trouble getting down that first meal too, must be the insulin, etc from the post wo shake made od whey and gatorade.
