Three exercises per bodypart... in the contracted position, stretched and mid range.
For quads for example...
mid range- squats
contracted- leg extension
stretched- sissy squats
For biceps it'd be...
mid range- barbell curl
contracted- concentration curls

it's actually mid-range then stretched then contracted position is the correct order in which the exercises are supposed to be done.
