  • Supplement Dosing

    Right now I am stacking PW, GG and GM and hope to be adding Black Hole and SesaGLOW shortly. I just saw on another forum that tank recommended a guy take 1.25 to 1.5 scoops of GM. I just wanna get some different as to if I am underdosing some supps. Here are my stats..
    Height: 6'7"
    Weight: 222
    BF%: not sure, But i have a visible 6-8 pack. I keep forgetting to get it checked pre-workout

    Supplements and Dosing:

    PRE Workout
    45 Minutes - 4g AEE
    30 MInutes - 2 scoops GG, 1 scoop G-MAG + 3g CEE
    10 minutes - 1 scoop PW, 2 scoops GG
    During - 1 scoop PW + 10g Malto

    POST Workout
    Immediatly - 50g Dex/Malto, 5g CEE. 1g Taurine
    15 Minutes - 2 scoops Whey, 3/4 cup Oats

    Pre-Bed:
    1 serving Muscle Milk, 4g AEE

    Black Hole - 1 serving 1pm (Pre - 3rd Meal)
    SesaGLOW - 1 serving 3x Daily (With Whole Meals)

    Im seeing stellar results so I dont feel like I am underdosing, just curious!

      You're good to go... in fact you're actually over the recommended dose for GlycerGROW and you're on the very high side for the creatine since you're adding the CEE in there.

      I hope you are drinking LOTS of water.

        i have been drinking ~3 gallons a day, I feel like this is enough. The one day i didint get enough water I got a huge headache a week or so back, wont let that happen again.
