  • Trying this Supplement Stack

    New to forum, so just wanted to get opinion on my supplement stack. Added meals so you guys can view when I am taking most my supplements. Most of my meals are protein drinks because of my work schedule.

    Meal 1:
    30-45min before pre-workout: 1.5 scoops Muscle Milk
    and 1/2 cup of oats blended or Muscle Milk 17oz RTD

    Pre-Workout 30min before:
    3 WB
    2 scoops NO-Xplode
    3 Glucosamine & Chonroitin from NOW

    During Workout:
    2 Scoops PW with 1-2 scoops GMag (just received it!)

    Post-Workout:
    1 Elite Anti-Oxidant
    1-2 Fish Oil 1000mg
    1 CLA 1000mg Iron Tech
    1 Ester C 1000mg
    Was taking CellMass here, but will quit since I have GMag

    Meal 2:
    1.5 scoops Muscle Milk with 1/2 cup of oats blended
    or if I have time: 5-6 eggwhites, whole wheat tortilla w/ salsa

    Meal 3:
    8-10oz Turkey low sodium slices, whole wheat toast, unlimited
    lettuce or carrots w/ fat free italian dressing

    Mid Day:
    3 Nitrix
    1 Fish Oil 1000mg
    1 CLA 1000mg

    Meal 4:
    Muscle Milk 17oz RTD

    Meal 5:
    1 Chicken Breast Skinless or 2 Turkey Breast w/ broccoli and
    unlimited lettuce w/ fat free italian dressing
    2 BU Stim Free
    2 Adam Superior Men from NOW
    2 Fiber Caps

    Meal 6:
    1 scoop Muscle Milk/ 1 Scoop 100% Natural Whey from Iron Tech
    1 Fish Oil 1000mg
    1 CLA 1000mg
    1 Ester C 1000mg
    1 Milk Thistle 200mg

    30-45 min after Meal 6:
    3 Nitrix
    1 Scoop CellMass- (may be too much)

    Drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water daily

    On non-training days: Everything is the same except I will not take NO-Xplode, instead I will substitute 5 GB's from CL.

    Thanks for any input on this supplement stack.

    my man. You trying to build slabs of muscle or are you trying to tone up a bit? i could make an assumption but i do not know your weight.

      Height: 5'9
      Age: 37
      Weight: Dieted down to 159lbs currently from 175lbs in March 06

      Staying very lean with decent strength and in great shape right now. I've decreased cardio work as well so I wouldn't lose anymore. Would like to stay in this shape (lean) and add size weighing about 168-170lbs, not 159lbs. Currently about 350-400 calories a meal/ 6 meals. Creatine is already adding small amount of water weight right now.
