Controlled Labs WB/GB/GG/RD I am also Taking multi,BCAA, and protien, also ground flaxseed on food in mourning.
I Also want a CE to take past workout since their is not one that is really I already Purchsed my Controlled labs. Anybody have any advice on a Bulk CE or some other CE product that would be a good post workout supp? What about Cell Mass???
I also was thinking of starting a log so I will lok into that.
I am 6' 230 Probably around 18% BF 21yr bodybuilding for the first time. (Lifted for 8 Years but football based workouts and didnt really lift hard for the first couple)

For My workout im looking to do cardio in the mourning 5-6 days a week, most likly biking due to 4 knee surgeries one as receant as January.

Legs
Leg Press 4x10 might try light squat soon.

Lower Back Extensions 4x10
