    Well Ive been out for sometime and let me tell you, i fell horrible!! First it was a mix of adjusting my sleep schedule and being woken up for drills. Then I got sick. Then we were in rough and I mean rough seas for about a week. I did pushups and situps, but I feel like everything I worked for has already gone to waste Well tomorrow I start up again! Oh and reading the Da vinci code took up a day or two..great book though!
