I am currently stacking GG, WF, PW, and GM and I want to get a couple things straight. I workout early in the morning, so I don't have much time to wait around. I would prefer to take these on an empty stomach, but I've read a lot about how it's not a good idea to workout on an empty stomach (especially first thing in the morning). Now, CL reccomends taking their preworkout supplements on an empty stomach, but many people have said otherwise. So, what should I do? I read that PW is a good substitution to a pre-workout shake. This is what I would like to do:
Empty stomach, upon waking up:
1 - 1/2 scoops PW, 2 scoops WF, 2 scoops GG
1 scoop GM post workout
Thoughts?
