i did some searching over at bb.com and read that doing close grip reverse pulldowns will lengthen the lats and help with the v-shape ... glad to have read this because I just put these back into my routine ....

you can also try using a different grip for the pullups ... i've found that hammer grip pullups are a lot easier for me to do than conventional

    good luck

i love stiff arm pull downs....think of a dumbbell pull over but standing pushing a straight bar down...has to be done on a cable machine.

Hey I have been taking these pills that grows muscle and you never have to workout, you want some?

True story: I was at Vitamin Workd talking to a friend and a guy actually walked in asking for such pills. He wanted muscle but didn't want to workout.

Well I don't have much V-Shape, but I recently realized what I was doing wrong:

Not enough narrow grip pulldowns and not enough rows.
