Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup low-carb BBQ sauce
1 tomato, pureed
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp cumin
1 small can green chili peppers, undrained
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Mexican blend seasoning
Non stick spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for one hour.
I guess you might be able to get away without the oats..? I dunno!
