i am about to start a cycle of green bulge, white blood, and glycergrow. i have read that it is recommended to take a monohydrate creatine as well for post workout. so i will be taking phosphagen hp as well. when should i take each of these products. the whole empty/full stomach thing confuses me. please advise with on/off days as well.

First off, have you purchased the Phos HP? I would go straight creapure or wait till Green MAGnutide hits BB.com this week.

The whole empy stomach thing is usually atleast 30 minutes prior or post meal or shake.

Here is the schedule from that page:


Training days:

Green Bulge: Around 60 minutes preworkout / pre-cardio
White Blood: Around 60 minutes preworkout / before bed
GlycerGrow: Around 60 minutes preworkout

Non-Training days:

Green Bulge: Around the same time that you usually hit the gym / Pre-cardio
White Blood: Around the same time that you usually hit the gym / Pre-Bed
GlycerGrow: Optional

thanks for the info. and i'm sorry to say that yes..i do already have the phosphagen. otherwise i would definately get the gm
